A grant of $10,000 to help facilitate a partnership between local river conservation organizations, Cahaba Riverkeeper & Coosa Riverkeeper, to test various popular swimming locations along the two rivers for E.coli and basic water quality parameters. The program also includes a multi-platform outreach program to inform the public about the swim safety of their rivers.
