Thriving Arts and Cultural Community

Arts and cultural programs contribute significantly to the vibrancy of a community. A rich blend of arts reflects the historic and cultural diversity of our city and region. The cultural arts enrich lives and are an integral part of a dynamic and thriving community.

The Foundation has identified several key outcomes that guide its grant making in arts and cultural programming:

  1. Access to a variety of visual and performing arts is essential.
  2. Education in the arts is available to children and adults.
  3. Programs seek to grow diverse audiences.
  4. The Foundation supports world class venues and events.
