Carol Butler
Carol Butler is Executive Director of the Mike & Gillian Goodrich Foundation. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2011, Carol served as President of the Central Alabama Community Foundation for twenty years. A native of Montgomery, Carol is a graduate of both Leadership Montgomery and Leadership Alabama. Carol currently serves on the board of New Schools for Alabama, Alabama Giving, Philanthropy Southeast, and Historic Bethel Baptist Church. She is a graduate of the University of Alabama (BA) and the University of Denver (MBA).

Tommy Bice
Tommy Bice is Education Director for the Mike & Gillian Goodrich Foundation. Prior to joining the Goodrich Foundation in 2016, Tommy served as the Alabama State Superintendent of Education culminating a 39 year career in public education that included serving as a special education teacher at the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind, Director of Allan Cott School, Alternative School Director, Career and Technical School Director, High School Principal, Superintendent of the Alexander City School System, Deputy State Superintendent for Instruction, and adjunct professor of Educational Leadership at Auburn University. He is actively involved in multiple civic and professional organizations in Birmingham and around the state. He holds a B.S. and Ed.D. from Auburn University and an M.A. from UAB.

Casey Hinton
Casey Hinton is the Grants Manager for the Mike and Gillian Goodrich Foundation. She began her career with the Woodlawn Foundation and has since worked with the YWCA of Central Alabama and the Public Affairs Research Council of Alabama prior to joining the Goodrich Foundation in 2021. Casey is active in the Birmingham community and serves as a member of the Young Partners Board with Preschool Partners as well as the community advisory board for Birmingham Talks. She is active in multiple civic and professional organizations and has held executive leadership roles with the Junior League of Birmingham, Rotaract Club and the Young Nonprofit Professionals Network of Birmingham. She is a graduate of Auburn University.
